    Optimized 1st phase to minimize or avoid air entrapment during pre - filling.
    2.Precise and quick switch to fast filling phase
    Precise switch to fast filling to achieve the ideal injection process.
    3.Fast and precise switch-over to intensification phase       
    Quick and precise trigger of intensification phase to allow quick pressure build up time.
    4.Speed brake at the end of cavity filling     
    Braking in high speed injection, not only reduces flash build up but also increase die service life.

  • Smart quality control system

    1.Critical process parameters with tolerance bands
    Programming tolerance bands around critical injection process parameters.
    2.Automatic separation of Quality critical parts
    In case of detection of out - of - tolerance parts during the casting process, parts can be separated by the extraction unit together with a warning by the control system. 
    3.Easy process overview with Standard Curve
    The ability to display a Standard Curve (Master Curve) allows easy comparison with the actual injection process by the operator and process engineer. Easy to use process overview increases productivity and quality.
