Yizumi Participates in Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2015

Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2015 was held at JIExpo during November 18-21.  

Indonesia is the largest plastic product market in Southeast Asia. As a large international trade show for plastics industry in Indonesia, Plastics & Rubber Indonesia 2015 attracted a large number of exhibitors from 38 countries and regions around the world.

It is the sixth time Yizumi and its agent CHESO MACHINERY have participated in Plastics & Rubber Indonesia.
At the trade fair, Yizumi showed a UN320A5 injection molding machine, a model in the A5 series which is the latest high-performance injection molding machine product line optimized based on A2 series. A5 series is more widely applicable, more precise, more stable, more reliable, more efficient, more energy-saving and more user-friendly. In addition, machines in A5 series are equipped with the third-generation servo system, which brings advantages of low noise, strong power and fast response.

It is noteworthy that Yizumi also displayed an automatic plate-basket production system that consists of an injection molding machine, raw material handling system, a one-cavity mold and a part removal manipulator. This injection molding system can meet the customer needs for automatic production and improve production efficiency.

Both the UN320A5 injection molding machine and the automatic production system made on-site demonstration which drew the attention of many customers and visitors; some of them expressed their interest in buying the machine and placed an order for the machine at the booth.

The machine in A5 series received positive affirmation and recognition from customers at the trade show, which indicates that Yizumi’s technology and product are recognized by the Southeast Asian market, especially in Indonesia. In the future, Yizumi will also continue upgrading its products to better serve and further develop the Southeast Asian market.
