Horizontal machine, ideal for the molding of pure rubber seal. Fluorine O ring molding with brush system for auto demoulding.

Highlights:

· High-pressure injection system with injection pressure up to 3700bars, suitable for more complex runners, CRB, thin-walled rubber parts and low fluidity materials.

· Auto part demoulding with brush system.

· Mold closing with low-resistance, less energy consumption. Max. opening speed 450mm/s. High-precision linear rails ensure stable and agile movement without column guidance.

· High rigidity platen. Fixed platen with special design produces counterforce to reduce the deformation of platen (less than 0.1mm), which ensure the molding quality of the thin-wall rubber parts with minimum flash. Movable platen with light-weight chamber design to reduce the loading in motion, which contributes to the precise molding and low energy consumption. (The total energy consumption of the opening and closing cycle is less than 0.01kW*h).

· Plasticizing backpressure is precisely controlled via digital proportional valve. Valve internal resistance is less than 1 bar. Horizontal plasticizing and injection unit has no gravity interference to the back pressure. Easy changing of rubber compound, F.I.F.O structure, and the injection piston head can be completely withdrawn from the injection barrel for cleaning.

· With perfect coordination and integration of the professional software and hardware, YIZUMI 3rd generation energy-efficient servo technology can save 30%~60% energy.
