UN550D1S-E hybrid molding machine adopts a two-platen clamping unit equipped with an electric injection unit. Combined with the IME in-mold circuit panel mold, the machine employs robots to embed inserts (circuit boards), extract products, and perform in-chamber product misalignment prevention detection through machine vision, providing overall solutions for customers in the development of new products for auto parts, home appliances, and 3C electronics.

Highlights:

· Two-platen hydraulic clamping unit equipped with an all-electric injection unit offers benefits such as energy saving, efficiency, precision, stability, sound proof, and environment protection. The energy consumption is reduced by 30%.

· The hybrid technology is effectively integrated by combining hydraulic and pure electric technologies using modular combination. With synchronous plasticization function, it shortens the cycle time and improves the repeatability of product weight by 50%.

· The IME product adopts the two-phase mold closing function to provide a more uniform holding pressure, improve product surface quality and density, and give better solutions to overcome product warping problem. It is also expandable with compression injection, micro-foaming, and PUR in-mold coating technologies.

· It collects product data through the vision system, conducts both forward and backward directional detection as well as positioning analysis of true position for the inspected semi-finished film to guide the robot extractor for accurate grasping.
