UN125V3R vertical injection molding machine with turntable employs robots to embed inserts, pick up products, and detect in-chamber product misalignment through machine vision, providing overall solutions for customers in the development of new products for auto parts, home appliances, and 3C electronics.

Highlights:

· The vertical inserts injection molding technology and central cylinder clamping allow vertical injection and more balanced runners.

· Use dual-station servo turntable technology combined with one upper and two lower molds to synchronize the insert embedding and injection for shortening production cycle.

· It collects product data through the vision system, conducts both forward and backward directional detection as well as positioning analysis of true position for the inspected semi-finished film to guide the pick-up robot for accurate grasping.
