The net profit attributable to shareholders was CNY 608 million, increasing 27.42% year on year, maintaining a 22-year stable development. This remarkable accomplishment vividly portrays YIZUMI's continuous progress in global strategic planning.

Mr. James Zhang, Deputy Managing Director of YIZUMI, General Manager of YIZUMI Injection Molding Machine Division and International Business Division, says, "Globalization has been YIZUMI's strategic priority for the past few years and will remain so in the future. We have clear short and long-term strategies. In 2025, we will actively focus on the overseas market dynamics and accelerate the pace of global expansion."

PART 01

Shine Brightly in Global Operation
Drive Industrial Upgrade with Innovation

Operating revenue has reached CNY 1.395 billion, a 27.54% year-on-year rise, as a result of YIZUMI's vigorous global market expansion and planning in 2024. It indicates that the overseas market's contribution has grown further, and the competitiveness of globalization is still evident. YIZUMI aims for equal sales revenue in both domestic and overseas markets by 2030. It is certain that the overseas market will play a significant role in its future growth.

In addition to the fast increase in revenue, YIZUMI has achieved outstanding success in the ongoing corporate operation in recent years. For example, Yizumi Precision Molding Technology Co., Ltd., one of YIZUMI's wholly-owned subsidiaries, was honored the EcoVadis Silver in 2024, marking a new milestone for the company in the field of sustainable development and social responsibility.

Meanwhile, YIZUMI Testing and Application Center has obtained accreditation certificate (registration number: CNAS L20604) from China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS). It also has obtained the ILAC Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) mark, making it one of the few companies in the industry to be accredited by CNAS.

Furthermore, YIZUMI has earned title as National Center for Enterprise Technology in 2025.

YIZUMI is making steady progress toward a world-class company in the molding equipment industry. This means that the company is not only having a global impact with its brand, but also gradually establishing a globalized platform including R&D center, factories, and sales, with the goal of reaching the highest level of technology and management and occupying a key spot in the industry's leading market.

YIZUMI Global Innovation Center

Based on the Global Innovation Center, YIZUMI simultaneously establishes a series of professional research centers, including the Research Center for Polymer Processing, the Research Center for Die Casting and Metal Molding, the Research Center for Advanced Processing Technologies (Germany) and the Research Center for Smart Manufacturing. This cluster-based R&D approach will provide strong assistance to the company's industrial upgrade and innovation.

PART 02

Strengthen System Building
Improve Corporate Value of Creativity

YIZUMI is currently one of the few companies in the global industry that possesses a complete molding equipment product portfolio, with a diverse product range that leads the globe, and the advanced injection molding machines can provide high-end applications worldwide.

Through the three-level R&D system, YIZUMI continuously innovates its core technologies and has made significant investments in long-term stability and reliability as well as future product upgrades. Over the last three years, YIZUMI has spent more than CNY 200 million annually on research and development, accounting for around 5% of its total income.

YIZUMI has accumulated extensive technical know-how as a result of continuous R&D investment. More than 900 developers creates more than 80 product series and acquires more than 400 technical patents.

In recent years, YIZUM has launched a number of pioneering products. For example, the 8500T ultra large injection molding machine challenges the limits of ultra large tonnages; The A6 series, SPET series and TP5 series injection molding machines, as well as PS5 series high-speed injection molding machines, have been released in succession to enrich its injection molding machine portfolio; the MultiPro 7K multi-component injection molding machines break through the manufacturing bottleneck of precision optical device.

YIZUMI has also launched the NEXT² series two-platen die casting machine and successfully delivered LEAP9000 ultra large die casting machines and 3200T Thixomolding machines, empowering global customers and injecting new momentum into the EV industry.

Maintaining technological leadership through innovation is a key strategy for YIZUMI to expand global market. The core competitiveness of molding equipment industry is based on product reliability, which demands both functionality and quality to fulfill customer expectations, as well as the efficiency and professionalism of after-sales support. Both of these factors rely on the company's technical accumulation.

YIZUMI is actively building the Reliability System 2.0. It not only focuses on the reliability of the usage product, but also on the reliability of the entire product lifecycle and chain. Because of its reliability, YIZUMI has been able to gradually build competitive brand advantages, extend its customer base, and expand its market reach.

It is nearly hard to achieve rapid business expansion without a good process system, supply chain, and related management capabilities.

In this regard, YIZUMI underwent a profound transformation in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) management from August 2022 to June 2024. By recruiting a supply chain team led by a former Huawei executive, YIZUMI leveraged their extensive industry experience and advanced management concepts to redesign its supply chain business and restructure its processes. The transformation focused on redefining business operations, restructuring workflows, and enhancing IT systems. These initiatives constituted the core framework of YIZUMI's supply chain reform.

These efforts have delivered significant results in supply chain management: on-time delivery rate has increased by 18.5% while the order fulfillment cycle has been reduced by 10%. Moving forward, these changes will further enhance delivery efficiency, reduce order cycle times, and improve cost control.

"In 2023, we started to change the production line-oriented operation mode into platform-oriented operation mode. We have established a senior executive management committee, allowing them to manage the business in operation attribute instead of production line. This year, we have formed the International Business Division to coordinate the management and planning of the overseas business of injection molding machines, die casting machines, etc. to respond to customer needs better and faster." Mr. James Zhang adds.

PART 03

Deepen Global Expansion
Accelerate Localization Strategy

As of now, YIZUMI's business has covered more than 90 countries and regions and established over 9 overseas subsidiaries. It has a clear future development plan that it will consistently push and carry out a number of overseas subsidiaries in the upcoming years.

In addition to successfully breaking ground for the YIZUMI East China Production Base and YIZUMI Global Headquarters, the company also finished expanding the U.S. Ohio Factory and established subsidiaries in Thailand and Mexico successively in 2024. Its service capabilities and delivery speed for global expansion have been further enhanced, laying a strong foundation for the company's global operations.

In 2025, YIZUMI will speed up its global expansion again, with the localization strategy effectively implemented in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, and South America. "We are driving the glocalization strategy with a dual track of 'technology + service'. Furthermore, we are creating an agile global service system through the establishment of technical service centers in Brazil and Thailand and subsidiaries in Mexico and Türkiye, as well as the expansion of the U.S. Ohio Factory, " Mr. James Zhang emphasizes.

As the new forms of consumption and new energy vehicles emerge, the molding equipment industry is also undergoing renewal. YIZUMI will closely follow market trends, continue to expand its global market, and provide customers with tailored solutions with high-quality products, services, and localization operations. At the same time, it will continue to bolster its core competitiveness, seize the opportunity in the next industrial transformation, and achieve sustainable development.
