During this CHINAPLAS, the UN165V4UR and UN40V4S vertical machines will demonstrate on-site the molding solution for silicone composite components. The process involves using the YIZUMI UN40V4S vertical sliding injection molding machine to produce wire harness clips made of PA66+30%GF. Subsequently, a high-precision six-axis robot embeds the clip into the silicone mold. The UN165V4UR high-precision silicone specialized injection molding machine is then utilized for the silicone molding of the clip's sealing part. Finally, the robot automatically retrieves the finished product. The entire production process is highly automated, ensuring silicone products are free of flash.
