On April 24th, the CHINAPLAS 2024 is ongoing at the NECC in Shanghai, China. YIZUMI SpaceA industrial pellet 3D printing attracts great attention during the event. It is based on the layer-by-layer deposition of molten thermoplastic materials and shows the extensive application opportunities for 3D printing technology in modern industrial production due to its high flexibility and innovation.
At YIZUMI booth, SpaceA-S-900E industrial pellet 3D printing is demonstrating the printing process of customized products in small batches, fully demonstrating the unique benefits of 3D printing in meeting personalized and small batch production requirements. It is specially developed for small and medium-sized samples, with a dedicated compact extruder driven by a robot that heats and plasticizes plastic compounds before solidifying them layer by layer and printing whole functional parts.
The SpaceA-S-900E on display is a small-sized standard machine with an arm span of up to 900mm and a load capacity of 10 kg. It is ideal for printing small and medium-sized objects, and it is widely used in prototype production, cultural and creative products, advertising boards, non-standard clamps, scientific research, and other applications. It can also be equipped with optional extras like conveyors to enable small batch automated production.
The flexibility of SpaceA industrial pellet 3D printing originates from its innovative printing system. It adopts robots as the motion mechanism, allowing for a variety of printing ways that are hard to achieve with conventional 3D printers, such as oblique printing, variable angle printing, etc. Furthermore, the system can print directly with pellet materials, which not only broadens the range of available materials but also makes material modification treatment easier, increasing printing flexibility and diversity.
SpaceA industrial pellet 3D printing employs a modular design, with print and platform modules separated to meet the printing requirements of various products. It can also be integrated as a module into existing production chains, such as printing sealing elements at specific locations or reinforcing structures, resulting in effective integration with injection molding processes. The modular design not only increases the equipment's applicability and scalability, but also provides customers with more flexible and efficient manufacturing solutions.
SpaceA product family, innovative products of YIZUMI's advanced technology from China and Europe, are now available globally and have received positive feedback from customers. In the future, we will actively extend our application areas and deliver tailored solutions to customers in a wider range of industries.
At CHINAPLAS 2024, we showcase a customized laptop stand solution with the SpaceA industrial pellet 3D printing. The solution employs customer-supplied specialized materials to achieve quick prototyping in a 24-minute molding cycle, meeting various customer requirements from design prototype to production to small batch try-outs.
