On October 31st, YIZUMI 2025 Advanced Metal Forming Technology Workshop (2025AMFT) successfully kicks off in Zhuzhou, Hunan province. The workshop is themed on Innovation: Initiating New Die Casting Future, attracting industrial experts and industrial chain representatives to make appearances. Several leaders and technological experts of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division deliver subject lectures, sharing a series of cutting-edge technical achievements and industrialization practice. There, they exchange insights to lightweighting, integration, new material application of die casting technology.
01.「Optimizing Product Portfolio」A Full High-End Product Range
Mr. Larry Wang, Head of Product & Marketing Management Center in YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, delivers a speech “From A to Z, Brand-New YIZUMI Die Casting Machines and Service”. The speech systematically introduces YIZUMI turnkey solutions from die casting equipment to full life-cycle service.
Mr. Larry Wang states that YIZUMI die casting product line has been already expanded from traditional DM series cold chamber die casting machine, HM series hot chamber die casting machine to LEAP series & ultra- large die casting machine, gaining strong global recognition. In 2024, YIZUMI officially launches NEXT2 series 2-platen die casting machine, filling the market gap of domestic high-end 2-palten die casting machine. At present, the machine has won acclaim from numerous customers for its high performance. In 2025, YIZUMI launched brand-new, high-end RHEO series Al Rheocasting Machine. In Mg Thixomodling, YIZUMI also keeps leadership. In 2023, YIZUMI launched the largest 3200T Thixomolding Machine at the time. In July 2025, YIZUMI successfully delivered 6600T Thixomolding machine in advance.
Powered by its self-developed Yi-Cast injection system and ORCA intelligent control system, YIZUMI achieves smart, fast, precise, and efficient die casting—delivering higher yield and superior production stability. Moreover, AI (artificial intelligence) technology has been integrated into YIZUMI’s high-end die casting machines, allowing for one-click parameter adjustment, automatic injection curve generation, data-driven analysis, and intelligent parameter optimization. This advancement shortens setup time from two hours to as fast as five minutes and reduces manual intervention by up to 90%.
02.「Innovative Process」Boosting Productivity of Structural Part
In the structure part field, Mr. Han Tao, Product Manager for Two-Platen Die Casting Machines in the Product & Marketing Management Center of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, makes a speech―” NEXT2 Application in Structure Parts―Two Cavity Shock Tower”, sharing how YIZUMI leverages 2-platen die casting machine highly enhancing productivity. Complemented by original RAPTOR multi-cylinder locking unit, NEXT2 series enables clamping force equally distributed, production optimization and offers a new idea of highly profitable and high quality manufacturing.
03.「Tech Evolution」LEAP Casting at the Forefront of Lightweighting
Mr. Conan Huang, Manager of the Technology Application Department, Product & Marketing Management Center of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, gives a speech―” LEAP die casting technology application and innovation in automotive lightweighting”. Mr. Conan Huang notes the core technology of LEAP series die casting machine―the Yi-Cast injection system and ORCA 2.0 intelligent control system empower LEAP die casting to lead the shift toward efficient, intelligent automotive lightweighting—delivering shorter cycles, higher stability, and improved OEE.
04.「Steady Advance」Semi-Forming Tech with Mg & Al
In the semi-forming field, Mr. Talent Wang, Product Manager for Al Rheocasting Machine in Product & Marketing Management Center of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division offers a speech― “The application of Al Rheocasting”. The technology enhances product density and effectively controls internal defects through low-speed laminar filling and high casting pressure, thereby improving the mechanical performance and yield of components. It is particularly well-suited for the high reliability requirements of new energy vehicle parts and supports the use of new high-thermal-conductivity, high-strength aluminum alloys as well as anodized products. With its low-speed and high-pressure performance, the RHEO Rheocasting machine meets applications needs in the automotive components, two-wheeler, and mobile communication sectors.
Mr. Chen Yong, Product Manager for Thixomolding Machine of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, delivers a speech―” Thixomolding Production’s Progress and Market Opportunities”. Mr. Chen Yong elaborates on the wide application of Mg Thixomolding in new energy vehicle, active mobility product, 3C product, low-altitude economy, and humanoid robot and more, especially for the advancement of EV range. According to Mr. Chen Yong, UN6600MGII•Plus ultra-large Thixomolding machine delivered by YIZUMI has a feeding capacity of 36 kg, better meeting the demand for large integrated Mg alloy parts in the fields of new energy vehicles, robots, and low-altitude aircraft. YIZUMI will also dynamically optimize Mg alloy equipment capacity based on market demand, continuously responding to the downstream industry’s upgrading needs for lightweighting solutions.
