The LEAP series deeply integrates advanced AI technologies, offering customized solutions tailored to customers' production needs, processes, and factory environments. Parameter adjustment times are slashed to 5 minutes, with the system automatically calculating ideal settings and generating injection curves. AI technologies also intelligently analyze defects and offer correction schemes to improve yield while reducing manual intervention, labor costs, and errors. These advantages simplify process commissioning and improve production stability and efficiency.
Showcasing YIZUMI's Manufacturing Prowess
YIZUMI also displays multiple die casting parts at the event. Among the highlights are the impressive front ends. Measuring 700 x 380 x 1510 mm and weighing 34.5 kg per piece, these parts were produced with the LEAP7000 ultra-large die casting machine. What distinguishes this machine is its innovative die gate and design, significantly boosting production efficiency. Moreover, it offers precise injection control, maintaining size deviations of the mating surfaces between the two parts within ±0.5 mm and achieving a dimensional pass rate of over 98%. These results fully demonstrate that the LEAP series is exceptionally capable of meeting the strict demands of large integrated die casting parts for EVs.
