YIZUMI, with its micron-level precision injection molding technology, provides ultra-high-accuracy molding solutions for microfluidic chips. Using PMMA material, the chip’s core structure features a precision dot matrix with a diameter of 0.08 mm and a minimum spacing of 0.17 mm, fully demonstrating the equipment’s exceptional accuracy and stability.

  • Independent Reinforcement of Movable and Fixed Platens: The separate supports and optimized thermal conduction maintain platen parallelism and prevent thermal deformation.
