Thick-Wall Polyurethane and Injection Molding Integrated Molding Solution

—— Crystal Automotive Gear Shift Knob——

The polyurethane and injection molding integrated molding solution enables the completion of injection molding and polyurethane reaction molding on the same machine through system integration. The exhibited solution "Crystal Gear Shift Knob" ensures the performance of integrated molding, while offering high efficiency, a short cycle time, and low VOC emissions. We have also successfully achieved 10mm plus thick-wall polyurethane "crystal" effect and improved process-related issues such as internal blowholes, flow lines, and snowflake marks. This is an example of the application of this technology to polyurethane thick-wall molding and automotive interior trim parts.

20-Cavity Five-Gallon Two-Color Water Cap Molding Solution

The UN280CG-BTP five-gallon two-color water cap (20+20) special machine is equipped with a high-efficiency anti-adhesive plasticizing system. Its third generation of electric servo turntable control system, mold-opening synchronized turntable technology, green plasticizing technology, TieBarFree technology, linear rail guided mold opening/closing technology, and high-speed robot extractor offer a systematic solution for the production of 20-cavity five-gallon two-color water caps with long-term stability, high-efficiency, and low energy consumption.

New project of YIZUMI China Wujiang Factory

The recently completed intelligent manufacturing workshop is the third phase project and a key part of YIZUMI China Wujiang Factory. The workshop will be used to produce two-platen and vertical injection molding machines, robot automation systems, and additive manufacturing equipment, with an annual output of 1,000 units. 

It is not only an important step of our strategic layout in East China, but it will also play an important role in improving the research and industrialization of large-scale two-platen injection molding machines, promoting the intelligent manufacturing of injection molding machines, facilitating the industrialization of robot industrial applications, and effectively fostering the development of the local high-end equipment manufacturing industry.
