The YIZUMI Bumper Fully Automatic Integrated Solution for LEAPMOTOR will be used to produce the front and rear bumpers for LEAPMOTOR's new energy vehicles, marking a solid step forward in advancing automotive safety technology.

It incorporates advanced injection molding technology and an automated production line. This includes injection molding machines, automatic mold-changing systems, robotic automation, efficient cooling systems, central material supply systems, MES data management, and AGV intelligent logistics systems. It achieves full automation of the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to finished products.

The solution significantly enhances production efficiency, reducing cycle time to under 60 seconds. It also ensures extremely high product quality, with a product pass rate exceeding 99%. The repeat weight deviation is maintained within 0.3%, and the equipment energy consumption remains low, at no more than 0.36 kWh per kilogram of material.
