Abstract:
Now, Yizumi's semi-solid magnesium alloy thixo-forming machine UN1250MGII is placed in the casting laboratory of GTK for research and development as well as demonstration for customers.
Die Casting Institute Kassel (GTK) is specialized in the research on aluminum casting, magnesium casting, ferrous metal casting, simulation and part design and molding materials. In cooperation with it, Yizumi has carried out several projects to improve material and energy efficiency through the implementation of innovative hot runner technology in thixo-forming and provide trainings and seminars on magnesium alloy die casting process for Tier1 automotive parts suppliers. Now, Yizumi's semi-solid magnesium alloy thixo-forming machine UN1250MGII is placed in the casting laboratory of GTK for research and development as well as demonstration for customers.
