YIZUMI AMFT 2026 in Changzhou Focuses on Advanced Metal Forming

On October 17, YIZUMI holds the 2026 Advanced Metal Forming Technology (AMFT) Seminar in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. Following the Xiamen event in September, this is the second stop in this year’s seminar series. Industry professionals gather to exchange insights on the practical application and future development of advanced metal forming technologies, with YIZUMI experts sharing technical approaches and industry perspectives.

| Supporting Changzhou's Manufacturing Industries

Located in the Yangtze River Delta, Changzhou has a strong manufacturing base spanning high-end equipment, new energy, advanced materials, automotive components and next-generation electronics. In 2025, the city’s GDP reached RMB 1.11587 trillion, while its new energy industry exceeded RMB 1.047 trillion in scale, making Changzhou the only city in China with both a trillion-yuan GDP and a trillion-yuan new energy industry.

Against this backdrop, YIZUMI continues to advance its metal forming technologies to meet the demand for lightweight components and high-efficiency production. Recent developments include the delivery of the LEAP10000 ultra-large die casting machine, the stable high-yield production of two components per shot with the NEXT² 2-platen die casting machine, and a 300–6,600-ton product range in semi-solid forming. YIZUMI’s RHEO ultra-low speed, high-pressure Al Rheocasting machine further expands the application.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Wang Tao, Deputy General Manager of Marketing Center, YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, emphasizes that technological innovation must deliver measurable value on the production line. YIZUMI will continue working with industry partners to explore more cost-effective and efficient manufacturing approaches for lightweight new energy vehicles and advanced manufacturing.

| Connecting the Industry Through AMFT

Since its launch in April 2018, the AMFT seminar series has brought together industry experts and practitioners to discuss technical challenges, process development and emerging opportunities in metal forming. Events have been held in major manufacturing centers including Ningbo, Jinan, Dongguan and Chongqing, attracting more than 10,000 participant visits in total.

YIZUMI will continue using AMFT as a platform for technical exchange and industry collaboration, working with partners across the value chain to advance process development, equipment innovation and industrial applications.
