On September 18, the YIZUMI Advanced Metal Forming Technology (AMFT) Seminar is held in Xiamen under the theme “Evolving Mg&Al with Bright Future” Xiamen and the wider southern Fujian region are key manufacturing hubs with strong die casting and precision metal component industries, particularly in new energy vehicles, automotive lightweighting and communications. As demand grows for integrated, lightweight and high-precision manufacturing, the region is also exploring new materials and advanced forming technologies.

At the seminar, experts from YIZUMI’s Die Casting Machine Division presents a range of technologies and production cases covering semi-solid forming, 2-platen die casting, AI-enabled control and ultra-large integrated die casting.
Mr. Larry Wang, Product & Marketing Management Department Director of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, introduces YIZUMI’s full range of die casting and semi-solid forming equipment, as well as its full-lifecycle service covering equipment selection, production line planning, process commissioning, after-sales service and maintenance.
Mr. Han Tao, Product Manager for Two-platen Die Casting Machines of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, shares an application case of the NEXT² die casting machine for automotive structural components. Its proprietary RAPTOR multi-cylinder clamping system delivers more uniform clamping force, with a deviation of ≤1%. Combined with Yi-Cast high-speed injection technology, the machine improves forming efficiency and product consistency for large structural components, helping address challenges in high-cost and unstable mass production.
Mr. Zhang Dunji, Product Manager for LEAP Series Die Casting Machine of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine Division, introducesthe LEAP Series and its new productivity enabled by innovation. Powered by the Yi+ AI Smart Die Casting Platform, LEAP supports five key production scenarios: mold trials, stable production, energy-efficient operation, smart services and operational collaboration—helping shift die casting from experience-driven to data-driven production.
Mr. Talent Wang, Product Manager for RHEO series Al Rheocasting Machine, presents the ultra-low-speed, high-pressure Al Rheocastingtechnology. Through low-speed laminar filling and high-pressure densification, RHEO helps eliminate defects such as porosity and shrMr. Chen Yong, Product Manager for MGII·Plus Series Thixomolding Machine of YIZUMI Die Casting Machine, discussesthe development opportunities in magnesium alloy applications and practical approaches to Thixomoldingmass-production.
