YIZUMI at 2024 SEA Die Casting Congress with Leading Die Casting Technology

The 2024 SEA Die Casting Congress, organized by FICMES, took place from May 15 to 17 at the Novotel Bangkok Bangna in Bangkok, Thailand. This congress is Southeast Asia's first highly professional and influential industry summit combining new energy vehicles (NEVs) with die casting technologies.

The congress, themed "EV-manufacturing Leads the Era of Mega Casting", brought together representatives of OEMs, die casting companies, and solution providers from China, Japan, Europe, and other Southeast Asian countries and regions. The participants discussed the integration and development of NEVs and die casting technologies, promoting continuous innovation and progress in related industries.

Application of New-Generation Real-Time Control Technology and Turnkey Solution for NEV Parts

In response to the rapid development of the NEV industry and the limitations of traditional die casting real-time control technology, Mr. Larry Wang was invited to deliver a technical speech on the application of new generation real-time control technology and turnkey solution for NEV parts.

In his speech, he thoroughly analyzed the rapid growth of the NEV industry and the limits of traditional die casting real-time control technologies. He elaborated how YIZUMI, with its mission of "Global expertise - Solutions for the world", has innovated the global die casting industry via independent R&D and leading technologies. The LEAP series die casting machines are developed with YIZUMI's Sino-European technological platform, meeting the latest European standards. The LEAP series ranges in tonnage from 380 to 9000 tons and employs a self-developed Yi-Cast real-time control injection system.

The Yi-Cast injection system employs a new design concept and creative differential circuit techniques at low speeds, which not only significantly lowers injection impact during low speed start-up, but also greatly enhances injection efficiency. The system has real-time control over the whole process and can flexibly adjust the injection curve. The ORCA control system's integral Castmaster expert system is easy for process engineers to use and understand. It not only makes it easier to set up and optimize injection curves, but it also considerably reduces the complexity for educating die casting process engineers.
