The machine features an integral dual-layer support, high-mixing dual-alloy plasticizing components and closed-loop oil temperature control — all working together to ensure stable and precise molding.

Parallel electric plasticizing and the fully enclosed aerogel insulation device reduce energy use by 30%–50%, including over 40% heat savings compared to standard insulation devices. A new hydraulic system and dual-drive design cut dry cycle time by 14%–25% while improving injection speed and plasticizing efficiency.
