YIZUMI at PLASTFOCUS 2024

On 1st February, local time, the five-day PLASTFOCUS 2024 is being held at the India International Convention & Expo centre. YIZUMI India exhibits UN680W1 and FF120 injection molding machines, and two turnkey solutions at booth H-07 in Hall 2 to demonstrate its manufacturing capabilities to local customers.

Box Chair Molding Solution

UN680W1 is a deep-cavity injection molding machine from the YIZUMI W1 series. It is applied with a new-type outward toggle clamping unit, which largely increases the opening stroke compared to conventional clamping units. This makes it ideal for the production of deep-cavity products.

Mouthpiece of Nebulizer Mask Molding Solution

As one of YIZUMI's flagship products, the FF120 electric injection molding machine adopts a modular design that clamping units and various injection units can be combined flexibly as customers' requirements, with injection speed ranging from 160 to 500 mm/s. The position accuracy of injection and mold opening & closing is within 0.03 mm. Also, the FF series can save 30% to 50% on energy when compared with conventional hydraulic machines
