Fakuma 2026 opens on October 12 in Friedrichshafen, Germany, bringing together around 1,600 exhibitors from 40 countries across 12 exhibition halls.
At Booth A7-7108, YIZUMI presents the FF120 and FF30 electric injection molding machines and the SpaceA Gen2 industrial pellet 3D printing, with application-focused solutions for precision molding and industrial additive manufacturing. The exhibits cover a range of applications, from liquid silicone rubber (LSR) overmolding to micro injection molding and large-part 3D printing.
01
The FF120 electric injection molding machine integrates thermoplastic injection molding and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding in a single process. At Fakuma, the machine demonstrates the production of baby feeding spoons, helping simplify the manufacturing process while improving part quality, reducing cycle times and lowering production costs. The technology is also suitable for automotive connectors, seals, precision electronic components and premium consumer products.
The FF30 precision electric micro injection molding machine combines servo-driven operation with a high-rigidity machine structure to achieve micro-scale molding precision. It reproduces VDI/SPI surface textures and fine details down to 0.05 mm. Its micro-injection system precisely controls material usage at the milligram level, supporting consistent production with high repeatability. The machine’s clean design makes it suitable for precision components used in optical, medical and 3C applications.
The SpaceA Gen2 industrial pellet 3D printing uses screw extrusion to plasticize and meter material, while a six-axis robot enables flexible print-path planning for large parts. It supports composite materials containing wood fibers, natural fibers and recycled feedstocks. Its modular architecture allows flexible system expansion and integration with automated production lines. An industrial control system and open communication interfaces support real-time production monitoring across a range of industrial additive manufacturing applications.
