YIZUMI Showcases PET Preform Technology at ALLPACK Indonesia 2026

On October 20, ALLPACK Indonesia opens at the Jakarta International Expo, bringing together exhibitors from more than 50 countries for four days of industry exchange. YIZUMI joins local partner CHESO at Booth C3, S301 featuring its S420PET-BH injection molding machine for PET preform and an on-site technical seminar focused on PET packaging solutions.

Designed for PET preform production, the SPET-BH series combines precise process control, integrated automation and energy efficiency.

·Stable Plasticizing: A PET-specific plasticizing system helps control acetaldehyde (AA) content and intrinsic viscosity (IV) for consistent production.

·Integrated Automation: Coordinated control of the robot and hot-runner temperature controller supports automated production and consistent molding quality.

·Energy Efficiency: Intelligent plasticizing control adjusts plasticizing time, reducing plasticizing energy consumption per shot by nearly 10%. An optional energy management system enables real-time energy monitoring.

| Technical Seminar on PET Solutions

On October 21, YIZUMI holds a PET technology seminar at its booth. Guo Haiyuan, Senior Pre-sales Engineer at YIZUMI International Business Division, presents PET Solutions Across the Value Chain.

The presentation covers PET injection molding machines, molds, automation and process control. It highlights high-cavity, short-cycle and energy-efficient preform molding technologies, with applications in cosmetics and personal care packaging. Guo also explains how an integrated, turnkey approach can improve production stability and reduce unit manufacturing costs, supporting more efficient and sustainable PET packaging production.

| Strengthening YIZUMI’s Presence in Indonesia

Indonesia’s expanding manufacturing sector and growing plastics, automotive, home appliance and packaging industries are driving demand for injection molding equipment.

YIZUMI has worked with local partner CHESO since 2008, building a strong installed base and local market presence. In 2025, YIZUMI opened its technical center in Indonesia. Together with offices in Tangerang, Cikarang and Semarang and its Surabaya subsidiary, the center forms a four-location sales and service network across Java.

Through this local network, YIZUMI provides equipment demonstrations, mold trials, technical training, spare parts and pre- and after-sales support. YIZUMI will continue working closely with local customers to support the development of Indonesia’s plastics manufacturing industry.
