With a history spanning more than 75 years, Interplas is the country’s longest-running and largest plastics and rubber trade show. At Interplas, YIZUMI (Hall 10, Booth K50), together with local partner STV Machinery, showcases the UN120A6-EU and UN160A6-EU advanced and intelligent injection molding machines alongside integrated solutions. The booth attracts strong attention, with visitors engaging the technical team in discussions on efficiency, precision, and localized applications for the European market.

A6-EU series advanced and intelligent injection molding machine integrates advanced clamping, injection, hydraulic, and intelligent control technologies to deliver stable performance and optimized productivity:

• Clamping Unit: Featuring EUROMAP 2-based ejector hole pattern and mold locating hole, the machine offers enhanced mold compatibility and easier installation. YIZUMI’s dual pressure-center platen improves utilization of clamping force, effectively reducing flash and improving part consistency. Its high-strength, low-deformation structure also enables stable clamping at lower clamping force settings.
• Injection Unit: The standard integral dual-layer support structure, combined with dual linear guides for both carriage and injection, enhances injection stability and precision. Newly designed low-shear, high-mixing plasticizing components further improve mixing performance and wear resistance.
• Hydraulic System: The upgraded servo system adopts a dual-motor and dual-pump design for stronger and more responsive power output. Optimized hydraulic oil circuit design reduces pressure loss and improves overall energy efficiency.
