From June 2 to 5 local time, FIP France Innovation Plasturgie is held at Eurexpo Lyon in France. Designed for precision molding applications, the FF Series Precision All-Electric Micro Injection Molding Machine combines high rigidity with exceptional stability. Optimized platen design ensures deformation is minimized under load, with platen parallelism maintained within 0.02 mm to ensure uniform force distribution and consistent part quality. Separate supports for crosshead guide rod and double-ball-screw electric carriage structure improve balance of toggle motion and maintain uniform and stable contact force against the mold surface, preventing material leakage while reducing minimizing deformation of the fixed platen.

The series also incorporates a high-rigidity frame and separate platen supports optimized through finite element analysis (FEA) to improve load distribution and reduce thermal deformation.
