YIZUMI Debuts at Elmia Polymer for Nordic Precision Manufacturing

From May 19 to 22 (local time), Elmia Polymer, Sweden's leading plastics and rubber trade fair held every two years, takes place at the Elmia Exhibition Center in Jönköping.

YIZUMI makes its debut at the event with the FF160 Electric Injection Molding Machine and the UN120A6-EU Advanced and Intelligent Injection Molding Machine, addressing Europe’s growing demand for precision, efficiency, and green manufacturing.

At the exhibition, the FF160 draws strong attention for its molding capabilities in high-end packaging and precision components. As one of YIZUMI’s key models for the European market, the FF series is designed for precision manufacturing applications:

• Stability & Precision: Featuring highly stable tie-bar free (TBF) technology for fast and stable mold opening and closing, combined with highly stable three linear guider support (TLGS) technology. Repeatability of mold opening/closing positions reaches ±0.03 mm, while platen parallelism with load is below 0.05 mm, meeting the demands of complex part production.
• Efficiency & Energy Saving: With an optimized drive system and high-pressure design, the machine reduces energy consumption by 30%–50% compared with conventional injection molding machines, while improving mold opening and closing speed as well as multi-axis synchronization efficiency.
• Automation & Intellectualization: Equipped with optimized automation interfaces for centralized control of integrated robot, hot runner, and auxiliary. Full-process data monitoring and extraction also support unattended operation.

A6-EU Injection Molding Machine — designed for high-precision and high-efficiency molding applications, the machine integrates advanced clamping, injection, hydraulic, and control technologies to deliver stable performance and optimized productivity:

• Clamping Unit: EUROMAP 2-compliant ejector and mold locating hole layout improves mold compatibility and mounting efficiency. YIZUMI’s patented dual pressure-center platen structure ensures more balanced force distribution, while the optimized platen design reduces deformation by 10%–25% for improved molding precision and stability.

• Injection Unit: Digital proportional control enables fast and precise plasticizing back-pressure adjustment. The innovative dual-drive system supports simultaneous electric plasticizing, significantly shortening cycle time.

• Hydraulic System: Proven by years of practical application, new servo system is stable, reliable and durable and characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, strong power and fast response.

• Control System: Equipped with the KEBA-i2985 controller featuring a fast response, enhanced functionality, larger screen size, and user-friendly operation. Additional functions include intelligent mold opening, clamping force management system, energy management system and user-friendly maintenance functions.
