YIZUMI Highlights Precision and Low-Carbon Innovation at PLASTPOL

On May 19 (local time), the 30th PLASTPOL officially opens at the Targi Kielce Exhibition & Congress Centre in Poland. As a UFI-certified international trade fair, this milestone edition marks the event’s 30th anniversary and has attracted broad attention from the global plastics and rubber industry.

YIZUMI joins hands with local partner JASZTAL ZHU to strengthen its presence in the European market. Targeting Europe’s high standards for precision and low-carbon manufacturing, YIZUMI showcases UN260A6 and FF160 injection molding machines focused on energy efficiency, precision, and stability.

| A6 Series Injection Molding Machine

A6 Series Injection Molding Machine is built around four core value propositions: intelligence, precision, green and efficiency.

In terms of intelligence, all models come with KEBA controller and MES interface featuring intelligent weight V/P control system with product weight repeatability 2‰. The intelligent mold opening positioning accuracy reaches 0–1 mm. Intelligent clamping force management system and energy management system enable adaptive process optimization and real-time energy monitoring.

For precision, the series adopts YIZUMI’s patented dual pressure-center platens. Optimized design decreases overall deformation of fixed and movable platens by 10% to 25%. It is equipped with proportional valves for mold opening and closing. Mold opening positioning accuracy is below 1 mm, mold-opening end position repeatability reaches ±0.5mm and closed-loop oil temperature control accuracy is within 0.5°C.

For sustainability and efficiency, electric plasticizing reduces energy consumption by 30%–50% compared with hydraulic systems.

A fully enclosed aerogel insulation device (standard feature) maintains a constant temperature of 240°C for one hour, achieving about 40% energy saving compared to conventional insulation systems. With the new energy-efficient hydraulic system, A6 achieves average energy saving of over 12%. Servo drive with energy recovery further improves overall efficiency.

YIZUMI FF Series Electric Injection Molding Machine delivers a higher return on investment. Compared with conventional machines, it delivers significant improvements in key performance areas including repeatability of clamping force below 0.3%, platen parallelism (with load) ＜0.05mm, repeatability of mold opening/closing positions ±0.03mm and injection positioning accuracy of within 0.05 mm.

Stability & Precision — FF series is equipped with non-contact tie-bar free (TBF) technology, high-precision linear guides, and a highly rigid design of movable platen.

Efficiency & Energy saving — Injection and plasticizing speeds are significantly faster, with shorter dry cycle times and multi-axis synchronization. Overall, energy consumption is reduced by 30%–50%.

Automation & Intellectualization — It features full automation interfaces, intelligent mold protection, full data monitoring, and intelligent statistical process control (SPC). It also enables seamless integration with factory manufacturing execution systems (MES).

The FF series is capable of producing complex, high-precision parts while supporting customers in upgrading toward automation and intelligent manufacturing.

Poland is a key plastics processing and export hub in Central Europe, with steady demand for injection molding machines driven by industries such as packaging, automotive, and home appliances. In recent years, the EU Circular Economy Action Plan has further increased demand for energy-efficient, high-precision injection molding equipment compatible with recycled materials.
